  • Or if billing errors occur on our end, such as duplicate charges or incorrect invoices.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Services already rendered or delivered.
  • Subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., personal preferences or strategy disagreements).
  • Delays caused by client-side inaction (e.g., missing approvals or information).

2. Non-Refundable Services

  • Initial consultations or strategy sessions.
  • Completed digital assets or marketing campaigns.
  • Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (ads, software, domains, etc.).

3. Refund Request Process

  2. We will review your request within 7 business days.
  3. If approved, a refund will be issued within 14 business days using the original payment method.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage open communication. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unresolved chargebacks may result in service termination and additional administrative fees.

5. Payment Disputes and Errors

If you identify a billing error (e.g., duplicate charge, overpayment), notify us immediately. We’ll investigate and issue any necessary correction or refund.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time to remain compliant with payment processor rules or business needs. Updates will be posted on this page.
